New Delhi: Congress president Sonia Gandhi on Saturday expressed confidence that the UPA would win the 2014 polls and virtually ruled out early Lok Sabha elections.

Talking informally to media people after the inauguration of National Media Centre here, Gandhi also expressed hope that the food security bill will be passed in the monsoon session of parliament.
